A couple weeks ago (I'm really late on this) was my Dad's Birthday! He is a pretty cool guy :) I have so many memories with him!! He is my pal forever!! I wanted to do something a little more different than last year so I made him a cake. Very first "professional" cake ever!! It was a little stressful at times but it was fun!! I was so happy at the end product!!! Happy Birthday Padre!!!

This past Wednesday, my sister Jenny found out the gender of her baby! She already has three little girls, Ava (9), Colette (4), and Elise (2), so most of my family wanted it to be a boy. We do love girls just as much though. I told Jenny that she should have a reveal to show the gender. I told her to get either pink or blue balloons and put them in a container and then let her little girls open it and either pink balloons or blue balloons would float out. While we were waiting, Jenny's girls  and I made a banner, blew up some balloons, and made chocolate covered strawberries with pink and blue sprinkles.Then she and her husband, Hakon, arrived and her little girls opened it. It was pink balloons!! It was a girl!!! I asked Colette why her mom was having another girl and I was trying to get her to say it was because the balloons were pink and she said, " Because I love sisters!!!"
